We should definitely check out the shopkeeper's inventory, as well.
Check out the shopkeeper's "inventory".
Tell us about the voices. Tell us about those faint people you see.

I am caught between these two choices- either could lead to potentially important information.

How about doing both actions?
This sounds better, I'll change my vote to this. +1

I think we need to do more science. There are two things that have changed since last time we told Al to monologue.

The location, yes, but also his rubric. It appears that the Last rubric is plot-relevant. When we leave here, we should try having Al communicate with the voices again, still on the Last rubric. It'll let us know if it's the cleared DL that's causing it or if it's his rubric.

Also we should go find a tipkeeper and spend like ALL of our money. Way too many questions that need answering.

So he's perfectly fine murdering Wilford on a whimful suggestion and yet refuses to monologue because he 'doesn't trust us'?
Either Al is a much darker character than I realised at first or FFS is frantically trying to find an excuse for not giving us plot info without paying Oric for it. My money is on the latter.
Anyway, +1 to checking out the shopkeepers' wares.

I would ask why fire can burn two men to death without getting hot enough to burn a book, but then I read "INEXTINGUISHABLE RUNNING KAMIKAZE RADIOACTIVE FLAMING ZOMBIE" and realized that logic, reason, and physics are all occupied with crying in the corner right now.

Have we really heard of anything else that is last other than the last seraphim?

Oh you can see us, that's cool....
Quick question, are we the bad guys? Or are you? Or is it one if those moral grey areas where we're both a little good and evil?

I think the former sort of leads to the latter, considering the outcome.

Talk to both of the shopkeepers, gossip, check their stock. Plot the death of the eyebrowed one.

This is like waiting until someone's at 1 HP then offering them "healing" for 200 pence.

No way. You're not going to tell the voices anything, not even about themselves. Not after DL3.

You don't trust the voices like the others. What others?
