How do you do that? How do you pull out skulls?

It was apparently on an older version. I think he tried to rip off the head and just got the skull.

The player described inviting the dude as a companion and attacked him in the wilderness. He then left the skull-less drunk there.
He made his way back to the tavern (which I guess DF used to have taverns in an older version at some point) where he picked up the drunk and the drunk was back there phasing in and out of consciousness. I think I read it here at Bay12 somewhere, but it was back when I first found out about DF.

Never before have I wanted to run a game where anything can be stolen, regardless of plausibility so much. Laying out slots would be amusing, but whatever. Gonna finish the hat thing first though. I'd have to make sure there'd be consequences for stealing certain things though. Might just make alpha rules and post them in the brainstorming thread.

Assuming you hit it hard enough. Of course, judging by my experiences with incapacitated titans, shattering the skull doesn't affect its ability to protect the brain any.

Everything hits hard enough to break a DF skull.
