I would amend this to:

Ciro: Retain Bloodshape, Decoagulator, HP potion, Bag Slot. Acquire Polar Eye
Cherish: Retain Heal. Acquire Ice Shaft, Hard Hat, empty bottle that you then fill up with SP water
Goom-Bess: Retain Tattle, Stomp. Acquire Icicle Flurry, SP water

Dump everything else to storage.


Assuming we do in fact still have a bottle somewhere, there's no reason not to take it. I don't see what we'd need the electric key for just yet, though.

You do some inventory management before leaving the Underside. You retain Bloodshape, Decoagulator, the HP potion and the bag slot. You also take the Polar Eye from Goom-bess.
Cherish retains Heal, an Empty Bottle, the Ice Shaft and the Hard Hat. She drops the Ring of Sexiness in Storage.
Goom-bess takes Icicle Flurry and the SP Water from Storage.



You warp back to the Overside. Cherish bottles some more SP-restoring water in her Empty Bottle.
