First of all, these are psychological hallucinations in a virtual representation of a soul. They don't have blood.

Secondly:
-Vampires drink blood of others to heal themselves
-Blood mages use their own blood to forge weapons/ do magic.

We're a bloodmage. No vampire. Hence, no healing with somebody else's blood. That never ever worked.
