Is there a mechanism for multiclassing? If we manages to convince Al to teach use druid stuff, we can focus our knowledge more into botanical and have awesome nature-controlling skills, THEN we can specialize in fruits, and become a Citrus Mage.

All just so that we can make an orange rifle.  :P

There is or was a Class Tree in one of the shops which I suspect will allow us to switch around.

The Sweet Ciro and Hella Slog comic seems to confirm this, as the tree is how Ciro goes Blorblemancer.

What, you don't want to burn down Oric's house with lemons?

The logical solution would be to turn Ciro into a Citrus Mage, master of acidic fruit juices.
How would that...ah. Well, that's one problem solved, and one sadness gained that I understood what you meant.
Of course, we'd need the orange rifle to have some kind of teleportation or similar ability. We'd also need oranges.

So why did PossiblyFloe call Betweenford "Angel?"

Presumably because either:

1. Betweenford told Floe he's an angel and she believed him.
2. Someone else told Floe he's an angel and Ford just played along.
3. Floe is trying to convince Betweenford that he's an angel.
4. Betweenford is wearing a magical disguise that makes him look like an angel to Floe.
5. Betweenford is an angel.
6. Betweenford's full name (sans middle) is Angel Betweenford.
7. His name is Betweenford Angel.

I think it's 5, personally. What being an angel means, however, is up to debate. It's almost certainly not the traditional kind, in either the "White garments, wings, and a halo" modern sense or the "Holy fuck what is that thing" biblical sense.

Or maybe just a generic name. Like "Bud" or "Honey" or something. Not every cigar is a penis.

Do you mean like a nickname? I suppose it's possible, although it seems a bit...improbable, unless Betweenford has a really nice side he hasn't shown in his minimal appearances.

He's referring to a famous quote by Freud in a rather roundabout way.

IIRC, at some point Freud was asked if his habit of smoking cigars was indicative of latent homosexuality or somesuch. He replied, "Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar," as opposed to (yes) a penis.

Freud was a roiling pot of his own issues, though. Don't read too much into it.

And then, they will be weaponized. Like everything in this game, from kittens to babies, everything is a potential device of murder.
So if baseless speculation is all we have, we might as well treat it like fact.

Man, Citric Acid is cool and all, but blood has Iron in it. I don't know how magic would be able to use it to form weaponry. Blood at least gets hard and crusty, but if we use a Carboxylic Acid? We might as well switch to Vinegarmancer.

I also elect we stop talking of Freud before we get Toady up in here again.
