It makes sense, if she governs intel/espionage like we suspect she does. All we really know is she probably deals in codes, can teleport, and has a gun capable of one-shotting Rilbots.

Because, according to the Asynchrony Catalyst menu picture someone brought up last time someone mentioned this, you need to have been to a room to affect it with the Catalyst.

Unless the soul star's improved since then(or we can toggle the has been to room requirement for more soul charge cost).
In any case, we should still test it out. And it might still be useful(shop where we want them, yeh?).
