You've got a whole stack of 'em hidden in your hub wall. You make a note on your visor to pick up a new one when you get back to your Hub. Wait, nevermind. Make that a mental note.

You head north and east to a new room. This one is kind of interesting. On the other side of the room, there's a normal Hellyfish and a weird, red Hellyfish. They're guarding the door east and a Bag Full of Slot. On the south side of the room, you see a door south, but water flow analysis tell you the room's going to be flooded, so pack a bathing suit. You see a large ladder next to the water. It likely leads underwater to one of those 3D segments.

Just north of you is a rocky-looking tree growing behind some pillars. The sign says:

DL3 tree growth
experiment - pls
leave be for now

Are either of the Hellyfish immediately aggressive? If not, try to talk to them. Ask about the tree specifically.

They'll probably attack if we try to go east or mess with the tree.

The red Hellyfish could be a Hellyfish largely left alone by the LS's influence, seeing as it isn't purple.

It wasn't Seraphim's Sludge. It severs connections, but we're not entirely sure how it works; we swam in it without suffering damage, but it severed us from our party.

It's called Seraph's Solace. It's not instantly fatal or anything, but it does sever ties between/within souls. This can result in party members leaving the group, or hypothetically, Illbirth after long exposure.

I decided to do a little bit of work on my choose your own adventure, from the point of view of Yaos in an alternate universe where Al does not revive Ciro in the LS. Only one path is implemented a little bit so far. Unfortunately, I think I'm going to cut out the romance with Yandere Love Triange Riltia that came up when I randomized the results. I lied. That's totally going to be a path.
