The last one was actually in Storage in the first place. The letter was a lot thicker than normal. That's because a little notebook and a pen were inside.

Gee, don't think I abandoned you! Here's the pen and book as promised. There isn't any papermaking industry in the Warrens, so I had to go to a lot of trouble to get this! I hope you appreciate it. You can write notes in this book and tell the storage guard to send it (and the pen) to anyone's Storage. If they get it, they'll write back and do the same!
I asked Betweenford, and he said that someone else was originally supposed to take over Warrens. He said that was his first mistake. He also said that putting Oric in charge was his second! Wow, and just to think, they're letting him pick the next guy, too. I mean girl. You are a girl right? I don't know how these things work. Sorry!
