Personally, I'm in favour of 'porting out to DL2 (via the Underside, to pick up Goombess) at the first unlimited use checkpoint we find. Because:

Sounds good. Reason 2 is a bit weak, but reasons 0, 1, and 3 are good.

Just realised something - no rolls in Tactical Combat. We could have used our spells all the way through.

If we rolled a decent Shenanigans roll, maybe.

Remember my (sane)theory about the Warrens' being it's own dimension, with near infinite space, and floating freely in the void itself, which seperates each dungeon level.
