Knowing Cherish, she'd probably be more pleased than disturbed.
Think about it for a sec. Hint: It implies that Al is a pedophile.

Well, yeah, doing it is obvious.  But how?
No clear consensus.

Probably should start by visiting the greens

Cherish had a crush on him remember? She doesn't care. With her personality I have doubts that she'd even realize whats wrong with it.

While we're here, we might as well do everything we can here.

1. Head to the nearest SP fountain. Restore SP. Have Cherish heal everyone. Have her restore her SP.
2. Store reagents, rug, and scrolls.
3. Switch to Dwarven. See if the DL3 key works to open the DL2 Chest.

And that's probably enough for one update. Certainly one guy's suggestion for one update.

So, about this 'Auntie' character from the letter... I have a feeling she might

433unfitflureditoutfourthsiblingstheweaponshehastoauntiewillgiveyouacookie

give us a cookie. I'm, uh, not sure whether it'd be a good cookie.

Oh, and I suggest while we're here we acquire and experiment with Reagents/Essences from the Craft Shop. We have a Skill Tree, and we should exploit the hell out of use it. Or... I would say that, except that I guess we blew all our cash on fusion scrolls or something since I last checked. Maybe we should start selling stuff. Luckily, we also apparently have more cash in storage.

Also, remember Al's letter? "Find out what Chief's hiding from us and burn him at the stake if I'm right about it." Since we didn't do that yet, maybe we should ask Al about his suspicions. Maybe Chief's storing the soul bindings we need for the Binding and Essence quest?

Oh, and also, while we're here, I'd like to go back to that scarecrow-statue thing, y'know the one that said

TMNS120

...and see if it says anything different now. (My guess was it was a countdown, "T-MiNuS 120" so this would confirm or shoot down that idea.)

Once we're done in the underside, I think we should check the greens to see what happened with the machine and slog.
We could also check DL 2, after, to see what happened to it.

While we're here, we might as well do everything we can here.

1. Head to the nearest SP fountain. Restore SP. Have Cherish heal everyone. Have her restore her SP.
2. Store reagents, rug, and scrolls.

Hey, the Mage hat adds MSP, right?
We should probably give it to everyone as they fill up their SP. Especially Cherish. We can give it back to Ciro once everyone has restored.

Before we do anything else, Attend the frou frou party.

-1.
First we need to heal-what if it's an ambush?
Then we need to free up inventory space-if it's a normal-ish party, we'll want to loot the party food.
Equip ring of charisma to the most relevant character (I'm not sure which one this would be...).

(for clearing up inventory space, i'm torn between storing the cristmas rug, or storing most of our weapons but keeping the cristmas stuff around for party deocration shenanigans. )

This is a masterwork ledger.  It contains 3719356 pages on the topic of the precise number and location of stones in Spindlybrooks.  In the text, the dwarves are hauling.

Did we ever decide what to do toward reviving Slog?
General consensus is to do it.

Cherish: Be a bit disturbed if you ever see the note which refers to you as Al's "Mini-missus".
Al: Prevent the above from happening.

I will randomly roll 1d100 for these suggestions. Highest four get done in this update (in numerical order). If you still want to suggest things, do so after the update! ANARCHY!

Spoiler: Count (click to show/hide)

Quote
Al: Ensure Cherish does not see the mail: 95
Check that weird statue: 94
Restore SP, have Cherish heal, then restore SP again: 63
Store reagent, rug, and scrolls: 61

Al eats the note.

No one saw anything.

Someone's moved the statue upright. Other than that, no change. Goom-bess refuses to follow for fear of shroomnappers.

Hmm...

From now on, when exiting the Underside, you will be prompted to leave party members at Al's house. The Underside party can manage the more fiddly aspects of the game for you according to their interests and role. For example: Al may explore Outer Underside, slay monsters, or temporarily return to his Guard job, all netting you raw loot. A party member like Goom-bess is more likely to do research, creating skills in the Skill Tree or calculating the location of key items. You will reap the benefits next time you return to the Underside. Adding more assets (more materials in Storage, additional housing space) will help your Underside party make the best of their work.

Everyone heads over to the drop tunnel then huddles around Cherish as she heals the party to full with help from the fountain. Sweet!

Christmas comes to Storage! You also store the Fusion Scrolls in there.

Suggestion Anarchy will continue one more update.

Naw just joking, Praise the Helix.

Check out Mili's house. See if anyone new has moved in or something. Or if there's loot we missed in there, or in the mailbox since no one's using it.
