Cheshire's just what, a Tzeentchi daemon of some sort? It's honestly pretty damn obvious in WH40k terms that Alice fell down a hole into a daemon world. I don't recall if there were any Nurgle aligned  critters in there, but you had the Tzeentch cat and mad hatter, the Khornite Queen (Skulls for the skull throne), the Slaaneshi caterpillar... most of the non-Alice characters in that book fall nicely in line with one of the Chaos factions.

A malfunctioning AI from SS13 (assuming a very competent player, well-versed in all the jobs of the station) versus Chell from Portal (assuming she has a full tool kit, leet hacking skillz, insulated gloves, internals, and the portalgun.)

I believe edge goes to AI, assuming Chell starts in Arrivals and Upload is in the R&D division (TGstation model). Because superheated air, superheated plasma, door safeties and stun turrets. Also, Chell and the AI are the only two anything on the station.
