You start walking along the street, taking care to look always happy and cheerful as if your parents were amongst those in the crowd. In doing so while you seek an abandoned house, your gaze lingers over to one of those bright orange signs that luckily hold the english translation beneath it 'For sale'.
It's for an apartment complex on the fourth floor, if the place the sign is at indicates what apartment is for sale. To gain entry, since the ways are actually limited, you wait until one of the persons comes out and enter while he leaves.
The man in question merely spares you a glance before huffing along, ignoring you.
The atrium holds a small counter where the concierge is at, but your poker face has been perfected so much that you easily walk by him and head off for the lift.
You reach the fourth floor and stop in front of the door of the apartment for sale.
Of course the door is closed.
Would you rather bite the guy who left while you entered?
Would you rather bite the concierge or do something else?
Do you try and take down the door?

How big is the apartment complex?

it's the usual four-five floors. You're at the fourth floor.

Does it look like high or low class place?

It has a concierge, so it's definitively either middle-high or high.

So breaking the door is off the table, biting the concierge will be difficult thus leaving the guy as best choice. We could try and force the lock thus leaving the door normal looking so I'm going for that.

Don't bite anyone, just go to the roof and look for a fire-escape with access to the room.

P.S.
Can I get a few +1s to holding off on the random murdering. We need some controlled circumstances to figure out exactly what sort of zombies we are dealing with.

P.P.S.
Popular media, the two humans that we have killed, and the thing with stuff dying if it touches us all suggest that humans are our enemy. But I am perfectly amenable to seeking out alternatives and would personally like to preserve a significant portion of the humans once we have a safe population of zombies.

You climb the last floor and head over to the roof, the door is closed but it opens surprisingly easily with a good amount of force. As you start looking around the roof for the fire exit, the concierge climbs up the stairs and starts to speak to you.
There probably was an alarm connected with the door, or maybe a camera in the wall of sorts.
He's a polished and well clad man, and as he looks at you, his hand goes to the inner pocket of his jacket, where he probably holds his phone.
What do you do?

Talk to distract, but quickly get into a position where we can bite him (i.e., outstretched hand). We ARE strong, but if it gets to a fight he has the advantage, backup. Don't let it get to the point where he lifts the phone to his mouth. Remember we are just a little girl, so maybe he no need to call police?

If we can convince him otherwise, as a child, we are just playing, then no need to bite.

The man's hand goes to his phone in his jacket's pocket, and thus you are in the most apt position to pounce forward and bite him on the lowered arm. He screams as your teeth sink deeply into his flesh, but then you push him down on the ground and your next bite aims at his neck, tearing it apart in a gory mass of blood and flesh.
He dies gurgling, and you stand up wiping away the blood from your mouth.
You look around on the roof. Hopefully nobody heard him thanks to the traffic.

And lets wedge that door closed, and eat our latest victim's arms and legs, so that it can't get into any trouble...

Yes to door, no to limbs eating.
