Also, didn't have a choice with the rebels. Their army outnumbered mine by a large margin and the warscore was already way in the negatives. I was also at war with someone else, and the defining battle went pear shaped due to the rebellions taking away troops. Unless I begged you for a lot of cash for mercs, there was next to no chance of winning.

At the very least, I can say I didn't resort to begging you for more money than what was rightfully mine.

Didn't want to be a wimp, and I thought I was only going to be giving up the duchy and not my county, so I thought I could turn it around in a short amount of time. And in fact I DID turn it around in a short amount of time despite the unintended loss of my capital.

Nope, I was just speculating on me maybe needing to ask you for money. But as it turns out I finished the second war independently with my own money and a non-player decision event.

Well, unless you covertly gifted me without creating popups.

It's short, considering there was a 5 year truce, and shortly after that that I took them out.

Also, 6 years isn't much in the grand scheme of things, since we spent 32 years in just one session.

Out of curiosity, is anyone still interested in this? Because me and Dre have got a CK2+ game going on, and we could play that instead of this if nobody's interested anymore.

I hope at least Andrea and Fivex are! I would love to finish what we started in the "A New World" mod... the clash of mighty empires.
Otherwise, would be lovely to have more people in our CK2+ game. Maybe Gods would hate them less.

I might need a little help being a buffer should the time come, by the way. Although I gained 2K or so since my independence, it may not be enough.

Assuming they come for me, of course. They could always turn south for the lulz and invade Egypt.

It's not worthy being called a horde if you can hold them off in your current state. I imagine tens of thousands of enemies at the very least.

Egypt, huh... guess I will have to send cavalry stack to bait them back onto the proper course!
