Maybe.
Or as my brother found out, said java programs just won't appear at all, leading to a blank minecraft page.

Java 7 release 11 came out today, a day early.

Upgrade and your web browser's java will start working again.

On the other hand, the first result from Google is Java 7 patch released, experts say may contain flaws.

Sounds like they didn't fix everything.

With Java 7r10 or later, you can disable in-browser java globally through the java settings you find in Control Panel.
