Issue with the map. The fire mana in the middle is unusable. You need two tiles to use a mana source: the mana tile itself, and a nearby land tile to build a city so that you can build the mana tap.

I also think the iron looks a little thin on the ground there, but that's just me.

Ultranationalist Russians, living under Siberia, constructed a time machine to go back to a time before "capatilism" to destroy it at the root. Having done so by using power from Chernobyl (causing it's meltdown when they used that huge burst of power), they didn't quite understand the relationship between time and space and have wound up in an alternate dimension. Their new goal is to make vodka, then convert everyone to Russian.

It doesn't matter, really.  The content contained is still the same, and I cannot download Dropbox onto the computer I am using.

By the way, this is going to be a case of first to post their details, so that would mean, Tyrar, GreatWyrmGold, and Tsuchigumo550 are guaranteed a place.
Sheb, you are placed in, but I would rather have people who haven't had a chance to play the game the opportunity to play.  Do you understand what I am trying to say?

The link works for me, but couldn't the problem just be fixed by having the fire mana already having a mana tap.

I think what he was saying is that a civ needs to build its own mana tap for them to get it(makes sense), so adding 4 plains adds the possibility of putting a town on the central island for the fire mana

Any improvement would allow usage by any nation occupying that area.  In the game itself, you can capture territories that have been improved by other players, and I do not see how that would be any different for non-player created improvements.

By the way, people can begin posting their turns.  The only time that there would be trouble is at turn 2, and that can be changed with only a few modifications to the map on my part.  Use the "With Mana Tap, Island Unexpanded" link.

Personally, I prefer the map with the mana tap on it, because that raises the possibility of someone destroying it, and stopping anyone else from ever getting any more fire mana.

As you may have gathered, I have no idea how to play this game.

How do I do my turn? Copy-paste the stuff from the world into that player interface thing and go from there?
