Well, so far as I know nobody on the Liberal Agenda screen is actually within the LCS' range.  (Even if you happen to be located in Washington, DC, but that really ought to have a whole host of differences.)

Petty-thieving from the Sweatshop, Factories, or ideally the Courthouse is a good way to rack up funds in the early-to-mid game.  You only get charged if someone was right there to see you take it and such thefts give 1 Juice per, up to 200.  Sweatshop Workers can be Liberated to help with the tailoring: Black Robes are comparatively simple, give a Stealth bonus, and are compatible with Disguise in the Courthouse.

I'd recommend the Liberal First-Month Seminar and later (once you have skilled Liberals) the Liberal Training Camp as good reference points.  Both are topics in this forum, but they're a few pages old by now.  Give me a bit and I'll see about posting links. Links below.

Sadly (or luckily), this game does not allow to directly assassinate members of the government. What you have to do instead is influence the population (usually by performing raids on appropriate places), so they will vote for Liberals.

To get more money, you can Activate Liberals to perform some form of Legal or Illegal Fundraising. For a quick $5000, one can rob a bank by slipping a threatening note. In most cases, one will be able to get away without problems (with a Bank Robbery criminal charge, though).

A really, really simple way of make quick bank is to have a squad of computer hackers run credit card scams. You gain heat like crazy, but you never get caught in the act, and if you have a sleeper police agent you'll always get warning of a raid. With a good computer skill, a squad of hackers can pull in a LOT of money, and you can forget about em until you hear about a raid.

Since hacking can raise you to 200 juice, this is also a good target for the first six people you recruit if you want to have a decent sized conspiracy. They can recruit 30 people in turn with minimal risk, and you can use those guys for writing/graffiti fall guys/hired goons/specialists.

The other slower but less deadly way is to "enlighten" corporate managers or bank managers, and then have them embezzle funds.

I like brainwashing corporate managers because it is the sneakiest way to get money. I am the Illuminati, it is me. Enlightening a CEO, if you manage to pull it off, will get you a PREPOSTEROUS amount of money, but that's definitely not viable at the early stages of the game.

2) Rob the bank. get about 120,000 greenbacks for the job, but offset that by -5000 to hire Phoenix Wright.

Kidnap 2 CEOs and have them embezzle money. They will bring in more than 100,000$ each month.

You will need a great amount of Seduction, Disguise, Psychology, and Stealth to pull that off though.

And business, if you don't have a lot of that you won't go anywhere because they'll "think the LCS is bad for business."
