How do you calculate damage?
If a player asks you to describe a particular object or part of scenery in more detail, is it wise to withhold an action until your answer?
What happens if someone doesn't post their action before the turn is ready?
Can people loot staves and weapons off of other people?
Is the -1 to magic of Support Robe connected to the staff or to the robe itself? The staff's description is unclear on that matter.
1. I calculate damage...by how I feel that day. If you're throwing a giant rock at someone's face, then they'll take around 50 damage. I'm going to have to take some liberties with this project, as the actual damage calculation in Magicka is beyond confusing. I might figure something out by the time the game starts, but until then, approximations will have to do.
2. It depends on whether it's something like the CONTENTS of a certain pile of junk, or what colour it is. It all depends on whether the object is truly important. I mean, it's silly to withhold your action until I reveal what shape a certain piece of metal one guy is holding is in. But if it's between a pile of junk filled with toxic chemicals, one with a lot of wood, or one with semi-used propane tanks, you might want to.
3. Likely what will happen is I'll roll a dice to have them auto-attack someone with a particular element, or their weapon. Otherwise, I might have them idle. Which might be a bit cruel in some situations.
4. No. Definitely not. Even though it was possible in the game, that would be too OP here. The only way to acquire new staves and weapons is either to FIND them somewhere on the battlefield, which are ones that are then added to your personal collection of items that you can choose from to start a match with, or buy some between matches, which are also added to your collection.
5. It is indeed connected to the staff.
