Alright, sounds like everyone wants the time cops to be a bit more powerful, so you'll the ruling on the field is that you'll get 7 points to spend between the time machine and future tech. (Theoretically you could spend them all on your time machine, but it might be a good idea to take a radar or some way of tracking the other person's time machine...)

Well, seeing as my instaparadox skills has summoned them already, I suggest hardcore cops. How could they be any other way? Though thier primary concern is keeping the timeline constant, so MUST follow some kind of directive in avoiding any further paradoxes.
