Citizenship Acquisition and Acquirement Vending Droid (CAAVD)

Hello, Unregistered Citizen #3C44560!

Either you have just arrived to the city of London or you are merely registering for the first time as an independent citizen. Either way, we hope you enjoy your stay in London, the last bastion of civilization in the south of England and/or Europe! We are ruled by the benevolent military dictator The Colonel who has transformed London from a hellhole filled with bandits and the undead into a shining reflection of it's past glory, with a great future to look forward to.

A short guide to the city of London. It has been divided into sectors since the Colonel took control, so remember these places if you wish to become part of the citizenry. North Sector has been abandoned since the bombs dropped, please do not go there. East Sector is the residential section of the city with plenty of quaint nooks and crannies! Central Sector is the home of the Colonel and his army, where they train day and night to protect you. West Sector is the industrial part of the city where food is manufactured for the people to enjoy and where the electricity that powers your home is made. South Sector is the more pleasant part of the city where one can go to a cafe and enjoy the good sunset that a nuclear winter allows.

Please fill out this form if you wish to become part of the great city of London as an official citizen. We hope you enjoy your stay.

Across the city, several people enter their profile into the CAAVD. Some of these people will do interesting things. Others will die and be forgotten. But only one shall be focused on by the dark gods that rule this broken land, the gods that cry for blood and horror. They bicker and argue for who shall be in the spotlight, but there is the click of a finger. A quiet slaver wrapped in black bandages, a soldier wearing a skull and holding a massive bastard sword, and a sorcerer in a gasmask with a painted on grin raise their voices without speaking. With the flick of a hand the sorcerer has a die, made out of the finest bone. He tosses it, and the chattering of bone upon the ground echoes throughout the hall. Clearly these fellows hold power. Who could they be?

Who knows. The die is still rolling. It stops, shaking slightly from the movement, and finally... is still. A black three glares upward. The Sorcerer looks at his comrades. They nod.

Across the city, you feel an odd chill. You step away from the large, rectangular vending machine after filling in your profile. The sky is a pasty grey as the skyscrapers (Some fallen, some still standing) rise above the shanties and the rubble. The street itself is almost empty of people, and all the buildings are either abandoned or being used as squats. You pull your coat on tighter to keep the chills away. Your name is Mikhail Kelarn, and you are in need of a job. You are in the East Sector of London currently. What are you going to do?

Spoiler: Inventory (click to show/hide)

((Is this going to be a suggestion game type deal? I'm gonna assume yes.))
Look for a repair job, say, in the west sector, perhaps?

You decide that a repair job would indeed the best idea. You begin to head out to the West Sector, a hive of broken pipes, factories and the sound of industry. The omnipresent chimney stacks and the spiraling mills filled with people pump out smoke like an evil creature. There is a holographic board hanging on one of the walls that seems to be one of those job boards. You walk over and look over it, but there isn't any jobs going at the moment for mechanics. You feel a bit annoyed.
