There was a massive battle...and it ended.
Corai, the Eternal Minion, tried to sabotage his "ally" GreatWyrmGold's property and only managed to cause severe damage to the ship, before his inevitable death.
da_nang, the Persistent Void, attempts to destroy reality (again) but is stopped by the lichette.
Dirg, the Weak Romantic, banished his monstrosities and left with his beloved, not knowing where he went or what he would find.
GreatWyrmGold, the Sane Something, caused the traitorous Corai to phase out of the ship, but not before Corai caused severe damage, forcing him to land on a nearby planet, where he set up a corporation which used magic and technology to improve everyone's lives.
LordSlowpoke, the Boastful Creature, was given a city for reasons shrouded in mystery and foolishness.
misko27, the Conservative Paladin, was reunited with his wife and son. He then hurled a soccer ball at his rival, Dirg, out of petty vengeance.
TCM, the [Description Needed], found himself in a club.
Vorthon, the [Description Needed], salvaged what he could and fled the multiverse.
Xantalos, the Destructive Nothingness, revealed its true form and vanished, taking a small planet where life was starting to flourish with it.
Thus, out of the "evil" forces in the universe, only da_nang and misko27 were left, as Corai, Dirg, the lich, and Xantalos had died or fled. The "good" forces (Dirg, GreatWyrmGold, the lichette, misko, Vorthon) were reduced to two as well. This left three great powers: da_nang the Void, GreatWyrmGold the Helpful, and misko27 the Retired. As GreatWyrmGold spread his devices and misko27 relaxed with his family, da_nang continued to work on his dark machinations. In the end, it was his own second-in-command,
the Knight Tiger, who overthrew his plans in favor of his own.
The Knight Tiger, a white tigerman armored in heavy plate, save his head, which no helm could fit. His gauntlets held jagged blades to claw at his enemies with, and his cloak was enchanted with the magic of the stars. He didn't want to help destroy the world, but his plans are unknown. He has gathered an army, starting with
enormous berserk demonic chickens; then he conquered or created hordes of
bloodstained eaters, changing insects, ethereal larvae from the Mystery Planet, haunting vultures from Armok, the Blood Planet, piercing hornets, secret cats of The Haunting God, tap-dancing web sheep, and even some miniature super-intelligent genetically-modified bunnies. With this slightly odd army, he has conquered much of the galaxy.
But then, the SS Response was created. Armed with hero-cannons which could fire heroes at things, it flew to Armok, the Blood Planet. Salvoes of heroes are being fired at the armies; several are being fired at the Palace of the Knight Tiger himself. Now the heroes are ready to fight.
