I would like to request the parcel of land to the north of the river's fork for my family, as well as the plains across the river. I intend to set up a ranch there, and will of course pay a percentage of the profits or products to you, my liege.
I would also like to request the right to hunt for pleasure in the forests directly to the south of this land. I would gladly turn over a percentage of any animals caught this way to you.
Please let me know if any of this deal is unacceptable to you and how it may be modified to better suit your needs.
