GWG [4] underms most of the area where he died before, though its still crater-ish.
TZZ [1] summons exactly 0 knights, and 0 daggers. All lava on Earth is now either air or ground. GM did not hack dice rolls at all, you didn't even get to accusing him. Minimalist thread is sadly (for you) not pointless. It's awesome.  There are no daggers, so you make an imaginary dagger and stab yourself to death. Then the imaginary dagger disappears.

GM now commands you to go arena! And demands more people to find this thread.
