Generally agreed, though I think we should burn a single skilled soul to coordinate the firetrackers in the mortal plane. A sort of battle commander.

We are the firejacket's commander. Why not just link their mind's to Tiberius? He was a skilled warrior. And is.

It would dilute his focus and make him less of a warrior. Imagine trying to command them during combat.

We could also make a new mini-chaos-golem-thing which has a hive for the Firejackets and can command them.

I think it would be much more efficient and less mana intensive to just implant a soul. Besides, it's a person made out of bees.

Same point. That's pretty cool, and with minimal investment.

They already have a rudimentary intelligence. If he was in the middle of a fight, he would probably just leave them alone until he could focus again, and in the meantime, they'd continue burning whatever he had told them to burn.

Not really seeing the point of placing souls in the firejackets or making specialized firejacket commanders.  I mean it's sort of useful but is that really the best use we can come up with for souls?  Maybe having booned priests control them but that's as far as I would go.

No, it's not.

It's just a suggestion, not really even something we have to do right now, but souls could focus on the task, and one soul really doesn't produce much income.

We could make more Chaos Dreadnoughts. We have both the Mana and the resources for it, and look how successful Tiberius was.

Yes I believe chaos golems and angels of some sort are both on our to do list although not necessarily for the next turn.

New idea brought up in the OOC thread:

We should make it so that our Stems and Saps can plant their seeds anywhere, not just in farm plots. Ideally also have the current crop taught basic farming. That way, we can have an army sow their own seeds, then attack; the next generation sprouts, sows, and strikes; the next sprouts, sows, and strikes; sprout, sow, strike; sprout, sow, strike; week after week, month after month, backed up by other forces, until the entire area is torched or ours.

Sound like a good idea?
