Eh, I wish he wasn't sentient.  Now I feel protective over him especially with him being our first intelligent creation.  Wait how will it reproduce?  Also I'd rather let him choose his name but if he has no preference, anything is fine.  Tell him he is our first son (as in the first sentient creature we've made).  Don't send him away (yet).  Have him start by reproducing so we have more than one scout.  Then have him train in the ways of stealth and assassination.  Lastly have him train his children and be there leader.
