Alright, I'd just like to declare that we are now officially a debate group. In less than 24 hours we have created over 10 pages of proposals and counter proposals.
Mind if I sig this?
I think I'll sig this now.
It is interesting. And we have, unintentionally come up with a couple of parties. But anyway, to the suggestions.
I am against creatures, except for maybe the firejacket subspecies (the spore one). And people do need to do something. And we can't be endlessly handing out boons to everyone, although fire boons can be useful in our economy as well as military. The firejackets need heat to reproduce, right? And people with fire boons could produce that heat, and skyrocket our numbers of firejackets.
We could afford, even though it obviously isn't preferable, to lose worshippers,
IF WE HAD ANY.
Grenades don't seem all that useful, even though they might be cool. I mean, they would obviously be effective in battle, but who would use them? The Fungus Spawn? The firejackets? The Stems or Saps?
The tree with roots that extends into the manarack is interesting...but, I'm not sure if its worth it.
At the moment, we are at a massive disadvantage to the other gods, because they have more mana. Because they have more worshippers. Obviously we can't just go out and convert everyone, but each time we send a caravan to Ceres, we get more migrants. And some of those migrants will invariably convert. We have to have more worshippers.
The Avatar that is the recent point of debate. I don't think we actually need one, but even if we do, nobody said it had to be humanoid. We could take over a dragon or a similarly powerful creature. But it doesn't really matter. We need to wait and see what happens next. Chill out guys.
IMPORTANT POINTS
We need more mana.
Debating over the mole or anything else is redundant until we know how effective said mole or anything else are.
This is my last post unless things start going to hell, to help out Corruptor. We've made 15 pages. TODAY.
If Corruptor approves, we could make a debate thread, then have polls to determine actions. Perhaps the top three most voted, or something like that. Not sure.
