Give him time, he has a huge amount of comments to sift through and it's not like this is the only thing he does with his free time.  Besides writing a good narrative takes time and a lot of thought.

On that note, I'm not helping things by adding another comment.  Maybe we should stop posting until the next update?

Alright, I'd just like to declare that we are now officially a debate group. In less than 24 hours we have created over 10 pages of proposals and counter proposals.
Mind if I sig this?
I think I'll sig this now.

It is interesting. And we have, unintentionally come up with a couple of parties. But anyway, to the suggestions.

I am against creatures, except for maybe the firejacket subspecies (the spore one). And people do need to do something. And we can't be endlessly handing out boons to everyone, although fire boons can be useful in our economy as well as military. The firejackets need heat to reproduce, right? And people with fire boons could produce that heat, and skyrocket our numbers of firejackets.

We could afford, even though it obviously isn't preferable, to lose worshippers, IF WE HAD ANY.

Grenades don't seem all that useful, even though they might be cool. I mean, they would obviously be effective in battle, but who would use them? The Fungus Spawn? The firejackets? The Stems or Saps?

The tree with roots that extends into the manarack is interesting...but, I'm not sure if its worth it.

At the moment, we are at a massive disadvantage to the other gods, because they have more mana. Because they have more worshippers. Obviously we can't just go out and convert everyone, but each time we send a caravan to Ceres, we get more migrants. And some of those migrants will invariably convert. We have to have more worshippers.

The Avatar that is the recent point of debate. I don't think we actually need one, but even if we do, nobody said it had to be humanoid. We could take over a dragon or a similarly powerful creature. But it doesn't really matter. We need to wait and see what happens next. Chill out guys.

IMPORTANT POINTS
We need more mana.
Debating over the mole or anything else is redundant until we know how effective said mole or anything else are.
This is my last post unless things start going to hell, to help out Corruptor. We've made 15 pages. TODAY.
If Corruptor approves, we could make a debate thread, then have polls to determine actions. Perhaps the top three most voted, or something like that. Not sure.

So. Mana.

Let the mole have a shot, and evangelize?

Until then, let's work on our internal political factions. We have the Burn Everything party, the unpopular More Diversity party, and the liberal treehugging Don't Burn Everything party.

I propose we do something like what I've been doing in the (Un)Holy Powers game, except with the players rather than the in-game entities. Specifically, an organized organization. Of course, we'd need to change it. Maybe we could take a bit more inspiration from the Congressional Debate done at the high school level. Having been on the Speech and Debate Team, I could figure out a way to fit that into the forum format. Heck, I already am! Anyone care to listen?

I was really trying not to post anymore for Corruptor's sake but let me just add that having a physical form would probably help us with converting people.  We could go into towns and perform miracles and yada yada, show off and impress people with our awesome avatar.

Trade is also good; people who like wealth might convert when they see how successful our town is.

Let's also send out life empowered clerics to heal people; that'll probably net us some more followers too.

If we want to get a little more underhanded, we could also see about creating some type of plant that when consumed makes a person feel extremely attracted to our religion.  We could make it very tasty or maybe sneak small traces of it into all our edible exports.

Well in the spirit of politics we need two major parties who oppose each other and one smaller party at least to not have much impact because the other parties disagree with it.

We're there.

1- Burn the land and punish everyone who disagrees with us. Because we are chaos.
2- Be peaceful, convert, grow our economy.
3- Make new stuff. Because we are chaos.

I tried to be unbiased.

Boo, use trillions of dollars and unfair existing procedures to rob him of any power! (Yay we are now a political debate thread)

It's not antipathy towards diversity, it's a lack of comprehension of how these creatures would be worth their mana when we have so many other creatures...and humans.

I think the "BURN EVERYTHING" party is the 3rd one, actually.
