Yeah, exploding bullets is realistic. The sheer power of the Cata exploding bullets is a bit over the top, though. IIRC, even a handful can blow up a concrete wall.

You were correct.  However the ammo explosions have been fixed, they now shoot shrapnel all over but don't make a blast.  Unless it's a grenade or large round that has an effect like that, then they do.

The excessive explosions from external fuel tanks is on my hitlist.

Yeah, zip functionality has been in windows like forever. You can even treat them like normal folders on anything newer than XP. Just double click, and you can pretty much do what you normally would. 7-zip is just for when weird people send you files with odd formats, or before you've realized you clicked the Linux download link by mistake.

   Yes just like windows handles web browsing on its own as well. I am sure their ability to deal with .zip files is on par with IE. Though more seriously when I am dealing with zips I prefer 7zip because its faster and when zipping I can use a better compression option which while taking longer compresses it more.

Also, the '?' key will take you to a help menu ingame; option 1 in that menu is a list of all the keys, and it allows you to reconfigure them if you want. Most useful screen in the game.

On another note, it seems simply eating bones is a viable survival strategy when your survival skill is up to a decent level. They never rot, and you get a couple days worth of them whenever it acid rains.

Yeah, it's ridiculously easy to survive once you've got some survival skill. I've got like 60 units of pemmican on my mobile base.
