You can climb over the fence...
But then how will you crash through the bunker wall?

Is it possible to bringh a chracter from one world to another?  I had been playing the experimental release from three or so weeks ago, and after being unable to find a single bunker or lab I finally revealed the map.   Not a single one anywhere.   Or any other special features, or end game stuff.

The character is a different asset from the world, really.  You can copy the character files over into another world, and it'll retain your physical abilities, inventory, bionics, etc, and your location.  Since you'll be moving to another map, that location will likely have nothing to do with similar positions.  So expect a Terminator type situation where you teleport to the middle of a field or halfway inside a semi truck.

Install seat, vehicle controls, small gas tank, alternator, motorbike battery and a V12 engine into a shopping cart.  Seatbelt optional.

My first thought was that the rocket was installed backwards.

The game calculates approximate center of mass and then draws a shape where the wheels support. The center of mass needs to be located within that shape, or the vehicle is not drivable.

I have a question. If the vending machines still accept cash cards, that means they have power right? And if they have power, their refrigeration units should still be working.

But if their refrigeration units are still working... why are the gallons of milk inside them still always rotten?

Refrigerators are not miracle workers. They are not cryogenic freezers.

Milk goes bad quickly even in a refrigerator, so..

Source: I drink two gallons a week.  :) I don't keep gallons around longer than ~1.5 weeks, ever.
