What are the planned post-threshold mutations for the insect category? It would be awesomely nice to actually become a queen.

Also, I discovered how to tame a moose:

1)Wait for it to attack you.
2)Drop its health to almost dead or heavily injured.
3)Tada! It went back to tracking instead of hostile and will follow you around, attacking things that get on his way.

My personal moose followed me inside a lab and killed a brute, without getting attacked back.

Is it just me, or is the unbutchered zombie corpses re-raising themselves a new feature? I must have not loitered around the same place long enough (or survived long enough) to notice it before.

It is. You have to either butcher or smash them.

So things were moving along very smoothly in my most recent game until it crashed for no reason and deleted my save.
That... makes it exceptionally difficult to diagnose and fix. :-\

Anything you have that might help to pin the cause down?

No, I was just moving around on the wilderness.  I was close to full health, not in combat and not infected so it wasn't death.

Neat. Definitely makes static-spawn a more interesting experience, especially if you don't start with a knife.

So is the Military Composite Armor on par with hard plating? I have a Humvee all fixed up and fully wrapped up in Military Composite Armor, I wonder how much abuse this thing can take.

MC plating is about 50% tougher than Hard plating and weighs about half as much.

So yeah.

So, I was raiding a liquor store to gather a nice stockpile to fuel my future alcohol addiction. And in the process of doing so, I see a "wooden barrel of single malt whiskey (2800)". The problem, it's a volume of 400 with a weight of 300. How do I move this badboy?

Shoping cart.

Too big for an empty cart. Falls right to the floor.

you can usually just carry it in your hands to get it far enough to where you want it.

Sadly, no. I tried that. I hope they add in a way to move heavy inventory objects like that without having to pick them up.

Suggestion: create portable water-tank thingy, wheel it up to the barrel, siphon whisky into tank. (does that work, or only for fuel/water/hydrogen?)

Though tedious as all get-out, there's the advanced inventory button ("/").  Set one side of the screen to the floor where the barrel is, the other side of the screen to the floor in the direction you want to move it.  Move it from one side to the other without ever picking it up.  Close the inventory screen, walk over, reopen the inventory screen, move it again in the same fashion, close the inventory screen, and basically keep leapfrogging it over until you reach your destination.

That said, I would love to see the grab button work on inventory items as well as vehicles and furniture.
