Wouldn't a nuke do the trick? I don't know whether it actually turns the terrain into Crater or something, but if it does, it should work.

Unsure.  I know fire burns each tile of slime pit away, and I've tried that but spawning continued; a few pages back in the thread a Dev said that you cannot stop slimes from spawning, there's nothing to 'kill' to end it and removing the slime tiles isn't an answer either.

FOV.  Do mininukes change map tiles?

That's what I thought. Mininukes are just powerful as fuck grenades which spawn a radioactive cloud.

What I meant is a direct hit with a nuclear warhead from a silo.

what is needed is some way of moderating the amount of slime respawning based upon how many are killed perhaps.  Or heck even a loot drop from slimes that is of some use to the player, perhaps a form of coating for equipment or a form of spray that makes u less visible to zombies.  One of those farming things

That'd be pretty imbalanced. Slimes should definitely lose 'mass' and therefore stop splitting after a few, though. That's a good idea.

How does farming work? Have 12 wheat seeds, I wish to plant them, have a shovel incase pits are what I need.

You need a hoe, I'm not sure exactly what happens after that since I've never found one yet.

I believe plants only grow while you're in the area though so I don't know how well farming actually works in practice.

You use the hoe, examine the churned up ground, choose what seed to plant and wait until you can harvest it.

As for where you get hoes, well, where do you get tools?
Either that or make one at great expense and time.

Yes, things are largely back to normal. There's other neat changes to explore though.

So I have a tobacco pipe, which I use to smoke cannabis. Is there actually tobacco in the game? There are cigars, cigarettes, and nicotine gum, but I haven't found any pipe tobacco.

Edit: I do like the car horn in the latest builds. Pulled a swarm about 30 small and adult goos all at once which hopefully means I cleared all of them out of the area before they could split. I like the blob gobs, they make goo pits useful for making mutagen but aren't useful for much more (unless you want to make goo canisters or just like eating -10 enjoyability foods).

They seem to but they seem to also take a looong time.  I planted some strawberry seeds near my safehouse fairly early into spring. It's day 5 of summer now and they are still just seedlings.
