I can't be the only person who always takes fleet-footed.  It lets you maintain spacing on hulks and outrun pretty much every zombie.

spitter zombies will get u in the end

Not if you have a bow.

A bit late to the party but... Peek?! What is this wizardry? Does it work by casting your vision from the tile around the corner, so you can see what you would have seen, but without having had to move to the tile? (Thus saving the 2 moves, as mentioned above)
I believe that's how it works. The button is X.

It also helps not getting noticed, in my experience. Zombies do not see you if you're just peeking around corners. It's also very helpful in labs, where you can peek into rooms to avoid getting a face full of bullets from the turrets scattered around the place.

To be honest, I'd rather stay alive, thank you very much. Plus, they all seem to be password protected, so I can't use them without risking having loads of secubots spawned on me, my computer skill isn't that great. I already failed the login once and had a secubot spawned beside me.

In other news, snowstorms are surprisingly annoying. Think thunderstorms but with white *'s all over the screen instead of blue ,'s. It obscures movement remarkably well.

Game needs a proper implementation of psychedelic mushrooms, LSD, chemical/fume/poisoning induced hallucinations and fever dreams, a whole gameplay framework for tripping balls I think, a development priority surely ! The groundwork is already set with schizophrenia even !

Does the item you use for consturction affect the time it takes to do it?

Also, what was it that happened to me in this-

The game has 'magic' mushrooms. Every mushroom you find can be either edible, magic or poisonous, only way to find out is to eat it. I want to say the magic mushrooms are like hallucinating as a schizophrenic (except it lasts much longer) and you occasionally get messages like "Of course! It's all fractals!". Hallucinating makes long walks down the highway that much more interesting, you can even level your melee skills a bit attacking the hallucinations!

Did you see a message mentioning a blazing flash of light, or something similar? There's a monster

that can hit you with a stare attack from a long distance, and you'll never know it unless you see the message. It can cause those effects.

Not really digging the way vehicles move gradually, now going 100 mph feels like some real time dilation is happening, because it feels slower then walking, just everything else is moving in slow motion. Felt too slow before but now its kinda ridiculous.

Loving all the new structures, finding a public works with a truck early on is a real windfall

with the mushrooms, what we need is a nature book of mushrooms if u fully read that youre character gets the ability to tell  which mushrooms are which ( think specialisation) and that will reduce youre eating the wrong one
