How do I go about using that feature? I couldn't find it in the list of controls. Maybe I missed it.

11 days is my record, I either run out of finite supplies and need more or grow reckless and explore too far.
First time I made it to the eleven mark I hadn't even found a car, I had been hiding in the woods , hunting and scavenging food as best I could. He was a gunslinger at heart, a .38 revolver and a .44 revolver supplemented by a Remington shotty. It goes without saying that when my ammo supplies hit critical I ran town to try and find some more. Bullets weren't all I found. I took out about fifty before getting fully enclosed, so I set my C4 to 1 tick and went out with a bang.
Second time I got smashed by the crazy high spawn rates of the super insects in swamps. Frogs are OP.

Much appreciated. Now, at least, I'll be able to see it before I ram into it, reverse out, and ram into it again. I make it a point to pick up a bottle of whiskey in town before operating any vehicle, it only seems appropriate what with all of the swerving from 0 driving skill.

...or you need to not be near a swamp?
You think the Frogs are bad, wait til the Dragonflies try to eat you.

I know NPC's are considered to be broken at the moment, but I still have a few questions about them. I know there are negative traits that can make NPC's dislike you, but are things which make the npc's like you or just less likely to try to mug/shoot you?

Just a heads up, I'm working on extending the guns/items in the game. You guys are welcome to take a look at the files after I finish and if you want to merge them in then you're welcome to. I won't be finished for a long time but here's some of the ones I'm working on:

Glock 17
Glock 17C
Glock 17L
Glock 18
Glock 18C
Glock 19
Glock 20
Glock 21
Glock 22
Glock 23
Glock 24
Glock 25
Colt M1911
Colt M1911A1
Colt Delta Elite
Makarov
HK 45
Beretta 92
FN Five-seveN
AMT AutoMag V

Yes I know that's a lot of glock but I decided to start with those so yeah :).

Was doing similar 'runs' of guns. Semi-automatic and automatic pistols were first run. Still working on those. After these are done I'll move onto revolvers :).

I think your speech skill is the only thing that will directly effect that.

There are a couple mutations that will directly influence it, but most (even the good mutations, as almost all negatively impact your appearance) apperantly make them like you less.  I think the snarling voice branch makes it much easier to intimidate.

P.S. Small suggestion to the autosave feature.  How bout the ability to change how often it autosaves?  Every 30 minutes is nice and good in a nice fresh small place, but when the saving indicator starts getting up to 50000 or so it gets really easy to spend more time saving than playing.  Especially when doing something like reading a book.

I would be happy with options like 30 minutes, 1 hour, 3 hours, 6 hours, 1 day, etc.

I keep popping on the thread to see if anyone has made a graphical tileset for the game...

I keep being disappointed. :(

Desperate to play, but I don't do ASCII (I'm not even a graphics whore, I just can't do ASCII!).
