About the inventory limit, can't we just make it a scrolling system and not the incredibly unwieldy keyboard keys?

Like how Dwarf Fortress handles items, for example.
This is the discussion. What Mictlantecuhtli is proposing.

Earlier in the thread somebody found out what he was working on, and it sounded pretty awesome.

Hit that button in rapid succession and you get the reaction of the zombie masses when they discovered their glorious god stopped working on them.

I think this game hates me. Every shop I've come across has been a petrol station, and the one building that could have valuables was a mansion filled with dining rooms. What even.

Ahem, as I have mentioned in my previous posts, the improvements on this game were *awesome*, especially the addition of curtains. There are a few things which I would be most thankful if they were implemented.

A) Although it was raining and my car had a roof, my character still got wet. Is it possible to not make a character wet if he is in a square which is also occupied by a roof?

B) Is it possible to make the opaque doors actually be opaque? I installed an opaque door and a normal door on my car for testing and I can still see through both of them.

Thanks!

My car's roof prevents me from getting wet while driving just fine.  How the car roofs work isn't obvious though.

One tile of roof is not enough to prevent you from getting wet.  If you want a part of a car to be considered inside you need to have a roof, board, windshield, or (closed)door on all 4 adjacent tiles as well as a roof over the seat itself.

Theres no book to get your mechanics above 3? The Engineering 301 gives construction instead of mechanics, wich makes no sense at all.

I see, then I will try to find some steel frames and a sheet of glass (already have three 'units' of steel plating). Thank you!

It's a book on civil engineering. We definitely do need some more books though.

Whales's last post. Explains a lot that people are curious about, probably. As much as it applies here, he almost certainly won't be working on Cataclysm anymore, which has already been well-established.
