It's a motorcycle with a 6.2 liter V8. I was going 200 down the highway on meth at night with no headlights, when I inexplicably got in an accident with a parked semi. The physics engine didn't like what ensued, and we both went flying off at over 1000 mph... my goal now is to replicate this into a launching mechanism to lessen my commute.

Not really. The basements have some assorted useful stuff, and there's a large parking lot that often has cars, but that's about it. I remember washing machines in the basement with tons of blankets, if you want to go on a fashion binge. Cleaning supplies are also fairly common, if you need ammonia or bleach. It's a pretty small building, since most of it is parking, and the actual rooms are usually fairly empty.

How do I retrieve items from trunks? I'm fairly sure I stored food/my sole nail board/sleeping pills in the car's trunk, but every time I try to get them out I either see the car layout or I'm told that I can't do that while on board. I get the layout screen for my Flatbed Truck, and the "you can't do this while onboard" message while standing on the open back door of my Car.

When you drop items into a vehicle, it will specifically ask if you want to put them in the vehicle.  When you go to get them out, it will specifically ask if you want to withdraw them.  If you're not getting this, then you're not selecting the trunk tile.

Well, I found the problem: It wasn't my car. I distinctly remember my solar-powered car having solar panels. It runs just fine, though.
And yes, you should burn down that hotel. Burn everything.

Critters use dynamic spawn, so no. You are free to hunt all you like.

Also, newbie moment but... wow. I just went from a short bow (hunting toy) to a longbow (an actual weapon), and it's like I'm not even playing the same game anymore. I'm going to start shooting bears with fire arrows, because I can.
