Do you mean "I don't see Dynamic Spawn as an option in the menus"?

If so, you want to turn Static Spawn off, that will make it Dynamic Spawn. There are also hordes, which are a experimental and have bugs, and do not affect the static spawn/dynamic spawn.

I've been doing various tests with unarmed combat and found out that dex and melee skill decrease the moves per attack required for unarmed attacks. A dex of 8 gets you 64 moves per attack, 20 dex 43. Dex of 20 and melee skill of 7 resulted in 28 moves per attack.

Haven't tested if there are any bonuses for superhuman dexterity(>20), STR past 20 has a higher effect on damage than it does normally.

I have also run into what I think is a cap but i haven't been able to find anything about it in the code. Once moves per attack reached 25 it seemed it wouldn't go lower and moves like Rapid Attack didn't proc.

Edit: Looking some more through the code I found that unarmed attacks are indeed capped at 25 moves per attack, I also found out that the Light Bones and Hollow Bones respectively decrease moves per attack by 10% and 20%.

From my testing dex and the melee skill do have an effect on weapon attacks albeit a lesser one. Could be useful for something like a ninjutsu precise trike armed build seeing as dex also increases your chance to crit.

Well, I've been working on a character which has been extremely successful despite some ridiculous mishaps. I made an Ursine mutant, currently sitting at 31str with tiger unarmed combat style. I have a problem though, when I shoot more Ursine Mutagen Serum all I get is "You feel yourself quite equipped for wilderness survival" and I get no new or modified mutations. I know I haven't run out of mutations I still have a snout instead of an ursine muzzle and there are a few more mutations i know of, like hibernate which I am missing despite having the prerequisite mutations.

Anyone know What's going on?

but if its an upgrade to an existing mutation it shouldn't take another slot even if that's the case..... Unless it uses some kind of point system? I'm not too familiar with the new mutation system.

Probably an issue with Robust Genetics/lack thereof and bad/good traits not getting chosen.  Or could be a bug, there've been a few.  Throw up the save and I'll take a look.

Mutations are still possible since while fiddling with bionics one failed and modified my claws into retractable claws, but using the ursine serum still doesn't. At least the 10 I used didn't and then I couldn't really afford to waste anymore meat since he's a carnivorous monstrosity. This got me thinking about mutation min-maxing though. Some mutant types don't reach the final point of some mutations on their own and it seems it could be done by injecting some other type's serum. I also learned bearmen are horrible tailors. On the other hand, having 51 strength is pretty hilarious.

I've had some fun fiddling around with rollerskates since they cost less to move over floors and roads, they're nice for hit and run martial artists. Does anyone know if any other footwear gives advantages?

How do you make a Brass Catcher? It says on the item browser I need a skill of gun(1), but I don't see "gun" in the skills list, and my handgun skill is already one. Tailoring is 5, and it need 3. And I don't see it needing a book for the recipe...

Firearms skill or something. The more general one.
