Fighting is not a worship flinging contest.

I think pretty much everyone was under the impression from reading the combat strengths summary that direct combat between players definitely was an option. It describes gods taking on things "by themselves." Five players communicating by private message were all under the impression this would work. And you never raised any objection when I previously specified that I "appeared in person" to fight Cthulu.
