Mission 2, Turn 10- Fight!

[4] [6+1v2+1] You test your legs again, and feel less pain than the previous attempt. Managing a relatively quick limp, you reclaim your gear and silently follow the group on foot.
Finish climbing onto the roof. Check to see if there are guards posted on the rooftop before getting up there. If there's only one or two, clean em' up with my GAP and my knife, otherwise hop on the comm and tell the others what I saw, then begin guiding them towards the power station from my vantage point.
[5v2+1] The roof is clear, so you stay low and take a look over the center of the city. You can more accurately determine the location of the com building from the top of the roof, and you can also note the location of the power substation due to the small inactive cooling towers that normally connect to city backup generators.
sneak over to the power station and look for a way in.
[1+1v2+1] You lead the group over to the power station, and start scanning for an entrance, when you can swear you see a guard look right over you. You pull back out of sight just to be sure.
Sneak along with Stark, cover him if needed.
[6+2v2+1] Seeing Stark drop back into cover, you take up position, scanning the guards below. They don't seem alerted, but the closest is talking into his radio. A status update or a warning to his fellow soldiers?
Sneakity sneak sneak
[2+1v2+1] You follow the group to the power station, unnoticed.
Continue moving and covering.
[5+2v2+1] You do just that, and even stay out of sight.
Action: Sneak sneak sneak!
[3+1v2+1] You follow the group with excellent stealth and efficiency.
Follow group to the station quietly, if they fail to find a way in then rip a door of it's hinger to let them in.
[1-1v2+1] [2-1] Following the group silently until you reach the power station, you see Tory suddenly perk up and start scanning. Figuring that if the guards have been alerted you might as well open the door, you shrug and charge with a bloodcurdling scream, having already picked out a set of double doors on the side of the building closest to you marked 'Authorized Personnel Only'.
The entire team jumps as they hear Jared's wordless battle cry, and start frantically hailing him over the radio to not charge blindly at the heavily-guarded building. But, being Jared, he does anyway. As he charges across the empty street, the guard patrolling that side calmly turns and takes aim even as Jared swings his gun up one-handed to try and take the soldier down.
[3-1v5] [1+1v1+1] Unfortunately, all he does is try, his hurried shots flying past the guard in a barely-controlled flurry of bullets. The guard, however, has better luck, hitting the fast moving mass of muscle named Jared twice. However, the angle is bad and Jared is running fast, so the shots really only graze, thanks to the camo suit.
[1+2-1v4] [4v1+1] Continuing his charge as the guard tries to track him with another burst, Jared switches his gun to his off hand and swings up his arm to clothesline the guard as part of his charge. However, the guard sees it coming, and ducks right under it... Just to trip Jared and send him rolling across the hard street, though still in the same direction.
The 'covering you!' crew now with a clear shot, both Tory and Simon open fire at the same time.
[4+1v2] [5+2v6] [3+1v4] [5v5] However, they fire right as the guard is turning to track the now-grounded Jared with his rifle, so their shots merely clip off the guard's armor, though they do disrupt his focus.
The guard, now realizing that he's under fire from the surrounding area as well as from Jared, makes a break for the service door, his path as to finish off Jared on his way to safety. However, Jared doesn't like that, and is already sitting up and taking aim.
[4-1v3] However, neither of their shots hit due to the fact that neither of the combatants were really aiming.
[1+1v1] [5+2v1] Simon and Tory, however, were aiming, and as such both their shots hit the fleeing target.
[6v6] [2+2v6] Unfortunately, their bullets don't hit either with enough force, or at the right angle, and while they do stagger the soldier and put cracks in his armor, they don't actually wound him, and he struggles through the door to safety.
In the aftermath of all this, Jared makes his way to the service door to get out of the middle of the road.

He wears a gray vest over a gray shirt and above gray sweatpants, which partly cover gray socks under gray shoes. All of this is subject to change when the situation requires, of course. Simon's most notable characteristics are his cybernetic right arm and calves, with his electronic left eye and the dataport behind his left ear more concealed. He is typically aloof, preferring to avoid talking with people he doesn't have to, as well as businesslike; however, he firmly upholds his standards of honor and justice, and once you've earned his trust and respect he's a good friend.

Description: A stocky 4.9 female with ash black hair, a stocky boxers build, pale blue eyes and a cute nose. Her hair is tied into a short ponytail with a red ribbon, and the fringe touches her neck. Identifiable quasi-human, with dark green skin pigmentation but no other major physical changes. Extensive tattooing on her face, neck and body-repeating geometric symbolism of unknown purpose.
Aethla would describe herself as a gun for hire-albeit, a charming, intelligent, unique looking one-with a knack for getting the highest paying jobs for the least amount of work. It was not entirely rare for her to have played bodyguard in her past work, with quasi famous individuals looking to have something exotic watching over them. She is usually more often hired for her specialist skills than her general combat ability, and was until recently, a freelancer of a sort. Unfortunately, her 'live in the moment' philosophy tends to drain bank accounts and accrue debt, and now she is working with Mecriocorps for the moment, at least partially against her will. Her physical and history specs are mostly kept in the shadows-she's only just considered human, and seems to have an Religious and spiritual edge that motivates her, though it doesn't seem to burden her moral much-except for a hesitancy to needless killing. She seems to enjoy fine foods, and is in fact, quite a good cook-when anyone deigns to ask.
