A letter from the high command reaches all of you stating that you will have to move out next month, it is not stated to where and why, but that yous hould prepare you're troops for a fair bit of marching into enemy territory.
Druce Rearat

Appearance: Tall and muscular, his body is born from years of fighting. He keeps his head shaved for sanitary reasons, and has blue eyes.
Background: Druce grew up with only his father, working the land. Years of hard work helped him stay fit and healthy, although as the war began it turned things upside down for him. Now at the age of 15, his farm is overrun and he and his father are taken into the army.
Druce, knowing that his father is with him, takes it all in stride and just focuses on what he is told to do. His father does as well. They both rise through the ranks rather quickly, the father becoming NCO with Druce the SGT under him. Years pass, and they stay together through many battles. One battle, though, His father is killed. Druce steps up in the shoes of his father to complete the fight, somehow getting the men to desist their retreat and take back the lost ground, securing the victory. The Colonel, watching this take place, decided to give Druce a battlefield comission, hoping those skills would come in handy.

Background: The firstborn son of House Pierrot, Gaston was always pampered by his parents; having the best clothes, best food, and so on. However, as he grew, Gaston began to wonder if this was truly his fate to be an idle noble, and looked out towards the outside world. Practicing his sword skills and honing his horse riding, he thought of leaving House Pierrot. Contemplating it, he eventually left House Pierrot, and Avrion, his family's ancestral province, to seek the world out there, and eventually wound up in the Army, spending several years in it before rising through the ranks.

At first ridicule by the other recruits for being a prim and proper lady, she silenced the jeers by breaking several bones of one of her hecklers in a spar.

Appearance: Short and scrawny, not to mention that he looks about half again as old as he is, yet surprisingly tough and strong.
Bio: Torik was probably born in what is now the southeast region of the Republic of Niria, then part of the Kingdom of Uzhal. He went into the army either several years before or the day he was old enough to do so, then promptly got tossed around from unit to unit due to either "thinking" or "insubordinate conduct." Once an actual war began, his madness manifested as absurd courage and some good hints as to what was going on, though they seemed like more madness at the time. He has been promoted, demoted, traded, kidnapped, and had his records "accidentally" immolated so many times that the only halfway conmplete source on his life is also the least reliable: Himself.

The training of your troops does not really succeed, however you find out that there are quite some useful jobs found under the men in you're regiment, namely, two musicians and somoene who worked as a doctor's apprentice before enlisting into the army.
Lezalit Mithras

Appeareance: Large and heavily muscled, scars all over his limbs and face, pale blue eyes and short neat blonde hair, wears a stained uniform with a set of armor underneath it and has a kind face.
His cheeks are scared to prevent the growth of facial hair and he is a little over 6ft tall and weighs over 300 pounds.
Background: Lezalit was the second born son of a noble in a large village, as the son of a noble he was raised in the circles of the rich and important people but as the second born knew his future prospects were weak unless his brother should die and so he devoted his time to martial training, he is also a devoted fiance and engaged to the first born daughter of a very important noble in the county though it has been agreed that he shall spend several years developing his martial career before the wedding to raise his status.
He developed a particular liking for the raider style of warfare enjoying the speed and tactics required to make this work and he became very skilled at it durin his years of practice, in time his father hired skilled former soldiers to aid him with this training and at the age of 20 he took command of his first regiment and is very determined to turn it into a lethal weapon that strikes out of the shadows then vanishes without a trace.

You leave 10 men of yours to guard the sheep, while they do so some men of the village approach them, saying that they want to join the 666th Militia regiment after what they heard of the fight with the bandits and the good shape of the unit. Appeareance: Dark blue irregular uniform (think Sharpe), white undershirt. Average height and build, fit. Black messy hair, bluish green eyes. Bullet wound scar to his left shoulder.
Background: Born to farmers and builders, Nathan's life looked set in the mud and stone of the fields and village. At 15, however, he was spotted by the local lord as someone with a gift in management and strategy. The lord funded Nathan's days at school and then into Officer's training. Nathan valued his days from before, and therefore the land represented the people, something to protect. His soldiers were also something to value, something which the other higher class students used to mock him along with his humble backround. Nathan trained himself aswell, but it was inevitable he would be challenged to a duel. His opponant gave him his bullet wound in his shoulder, but Nathan did return the favour showing his skill with a gun with a shot to the man's gun arm, damaging the bone, weakening it forever and winning the duel. Noone challenged him again, though the ridicule continued.
Recently graduated, Nathan now leads a new regiment from his hometown, determined to defend the lands and bring new ones under the protection of Niria.

The men increase their skill in shooting by quite a bit judging the results on the training target, however, they do not seem to get a grasp on faster movement and the sprinting training has no success. The quartermaster finally gives in to grant you're troops a bit more ammo, mostly only with the reason of getting annoyed by requests it seems. Five of your men volunteer to make the strike on the bandits, Lezalit joints the force with another 2 volunteers. [Bad rolls, bad rolls, whatcha gonna' do...] You prepare an ambush on the bandits, they do notice you in the last second but by then it is too late, all of the 9 muskets pointed at the bandits score a clean hit, hitting them in the chests and heads mostly, two of them get hit in the legs, but quickly attempt leave the scene of battle, some of your troops draw their daggers, some keep the rifles and attack the bandits who are still unorganised and unprepared, while Lezalits men quickly kill of their opponents one of Nathan's men is struck by a sword in the chest causing him to bleed out during the battle as there is no medical aid present, another one gets struck by a bullet shot of a pistol in melee range. After the initial engagement the bandits start to strike back hard on you, more of them coming out of the barn that you assaulted, however, again the tide of the battle changes with Nathan quickly dispatching two of the bandits by a strike of his sword, cutting open their throats. The rest of them flee, two of Nathan's, and one of Lezalit's men have died, a honourable death though. You loot the barn and find a weapon stache full of mountable bayonets and some well crafted rifles which you split on your men.
