Do you really think someone summoning ANY demon unsupervised is thinkingf things through? Especially if they're just an apprentice or something?
Yes! They are thinking things through even more so now that they are unsupervised! If we are summoning this demon to impress our teacher, then we'd make sure nothing goes wrong to make us look bad. If we are doing this for fun, we would make sure nothing is wrong so our fun isn't ruined.

Spoiler: Action (click to show/hide)

Deciding, you step forward. Idiots are rare, but they do exist, you guess, and so you take the form of what you'd think to be an average looking woman. Brown, shoulder long hair, browned by the sun, aged by field work, with a hunted look on her face. You materialize inside the black smoke, coughing, and falling to your knees. You sense the summoner wince, and take a small step forward before coming to his senses, and exactly not cross the pentagram's boundaries. Well, that would have been too easy. Instead, he straightens himself to a height of nearly five feet, and tries to summon his voice an octave deeper. Contrary to your summoning he fails at that, however. "I, ahem, the mighty Enca Hane, have summoned you to do my bidding, you foul creature. I call thee by your name, and you will do my bidding. Ourista, will you do my bidding?"
Always so repetitive, these mortal summons, you think to yourself. You check, in an almost instinctive way, the pentagram's edges and making. It is better than you'd have expected from such a young - young? Yes, you now know he's young - mortal.
You can't even attempt to answer before he continues to blabber, this time not following the ancient chants, or at least those found in books. You need to destroy my master. He can't keep me back any more. I am more than ready to... And so on, and so on.
Keeping the form for now, you now need to decide your next course of action.

He didn't bind us properly. Kill him and begin to take note of our surroundings.

"First DON'T call us foul, second what magic does your 'master' use?"

Well, seems like the majority is for continuing the charade.  I would try to give the impression of fear, confusion and some tears.  "Wh..What happened?  Where am I?  Who are you?  What's going on?"  While saying this, test the bindings by walking around as much as possible (in the opposite direction of him) followed by collapsing into the fetal position in the corner or in the middle of the pentagram and balling your eyes out before he can answer.

If anything, at least inspect your surroundings. You're a trickster demon, you can literally have a pair of eyes in the back of your head.

Alternatively, he's an idiot and therefore didn't think twice about summoning a demon for whatever reason.

I suggest we keep faking being an innocent woman.

I agree with Thecard. The mortal is obviously an idiot (Though naive maybe not), and we should attempt to trick him into thinking we are friendly. I also suggest that after we do this, we kill him and take his form (Can we do that?). Also, is this form our "True form" or just the guise under which we are entering the mortal plane? And can we change when we want? If so, let's make our "true form" the nine-tailed fox people seem to love so much, and appear as a helpless woman.

Edit: Ignore this entire post. Somehow, my browser only decided to show the first couple posts after the last turn.

I like to imagine we have no true form since we shapeshift so much. I dunno, it just feels right. And like I said,

No matter what our action, we should also examine our surroundings for things we can utilize. An exit, some interesting objects, loose shoelaces on the apprentice, anything.

Well, if we do have this as our True Form, it's not too bad. Not ideal for combat, but if they dispel our shapechanging magic somehow it'll be easy to fool them into thinking we're normal.

We should keep the idea of a fox, they symbolize cunning and trickery.

Keep Faking.

And I agree that I like to imagine ourselves having no "true" form.  We take whatever shape is... suitable.

Come on, Scap.  What is the point of admitting we're a demon?  Let's keep faking.

Oh, we will.  But his guard has to be down first.
I'm thinking we volunteer to be his trophy wife, as he did save us from those big, nasty demons.
From there, we fuck with everything he holds dear.
Then we kill the mortal.
