[4-1] The universe gets all twisted. It's broken into two pieces, Huma orbits Pandesmonium, and Mobius becomes a twin planet with Sanctuary. The triangle swarm seems to vanish for a second, before revealing itself to have merely been spread evenly throughout the universes. They promptly regather.

The demons [5] corrupt the Semidead into Death Daemons, demon-possessed corpses whose touch drains life.
Trigon converts many, many people (well, mostly demons) to his side and creates a new dimension with a planet on it to house his millions. It includes a portal to Lurra, which Trigon's army [5v4] clears of demons.
