Create torus-shaped minions with thousands of legs. Call them the Crowns of Klein.
[2] Nope.

Genocide humans.
Protect humans.
[4-1] Why did you do that? Just to be clear, I'm talking to ShadowDragon here. The humans are almost wiped out by a disease which turns them into flesh-eating madmen, but some still live on their colony.

Make a shadow copy of everything.  EVERYTHING.
[2] Nope.

Create a world for the semi-demons. Call it Pansemidemonium.
[3] You create an asteroid. The semidemons are fine with it. Because you named it, I'm going to throw in a free city!

Help them advance more in tech.
Also finally create real life earths solar system near by.
[4] The humans are given more advanced technology. [1] You create Antichthon, a world inhabited by antihumans. Whatever those are.

Create a race of humanoid crustaceans who have the ability to punchwith such speed and power that they can create superheated air bubbles
[6] They also set themselves on fire whenever they move. Mm, baked crustacean person...

Move the crustaceans to a new planet covered in water. Name it Karazia, and call the Crustaceans Einili. Also insulate their armor a bit

Okay then, create a race of Penrose triangle-shaped minions. Call them the Kings of Mobius.

Create a fractal planet with a fractal atmosphere and inhabited by fractal flora and fauna.

Oh. Well in that case I recreate the crustaceans with a higher resistance to heat

The garbage dimension was integrated into the rest of the universe when the singularity exploded. Check the OP and designate a new garbage dimension. I advise the Klein dimension--the only guy there is trapped.

Oh. Well in that case I recreate the crustaceans with a higher resistance to heat
[2-1] You create a race of flaming crabmen. They hate you, [5] and give you a -1 to all rolls.

Okay then, create a race of Penrose triangle-shaped minions. Call them the Kings of Mobius.
Not unless you link to what a Penrose Triangle is.

Create a fractal planet with a fractal atmosphere and inhabited by fractal flora and fauna.
[2] Nope.

Spinkick reality!
[5v2] You shatter Reality! The various dimensions divide some! Also, many Rips of Time and Space appear!

((I tried to genocide humans because i felt like it.))
Genocide zombies.
Weirdo.
[2] They're immune to your latest disease.

Have anti-humans buildshield to protect them from regular matter universe.
Introduce semi-demons to humans to anti-humans.
The antihumans question your order. Evidently, they aren't actually made of antimatter. You introduce the semidemons, the humans, and the antihumans.

GM TURN:
The Garbage Can [5] creates a grouchy race of noseless green-furred humanoids, Trash Goblins, which infest dumps and garbage cans around the universes.
The humans attempt peaceful relations with the other races, [3v1] and convince the semidemons to do so.
The murderous pantaloons, which should be doing something, drift into Pandesmonium and [5] kill dozens of semidemons. The semidemons [6] transform these 76 fallen into a dozen Greater Demon Kings, platinum-feathered plant-dogs with venomous bites that transform the bitten into lesser types of demons. The semidemons and filth demons start grovelling before the Greater Demon Kings!
