In the turn post, I was giving the possibility of Enstein to study the rock adamantine was found embedded within.  Do you want me to use that instead?

Look for someone interested in investing on a private army. Don't give many details, only that it would be relatively quick and it would have huge benefits.

Rather than waste time returning to the castle, you recall your mental map of the place you were stationed at for the past 3 months.

Inside the Dark Tower are the forges, troll pits, the inventors’ workshops, and other industry required to run a successful Dark Tower.  Much of it is underground, but there are 3 floors above ground.  The outer barracks are entirely above ground with one floor for bedding, and a second floor for crossbowgoblins.

(Difficulty:11  9+5+2=16)  You detect some wolves nearby, but like all day animals, they are non-hostile.  There is also a hawk flying overhead, and is also non-hostile.  As you were searching, an elf that you do not know apparently asked what they should do.  The druid responded, “There is one former adventurer that all the civilizations respect.  His name is Mebil.  He obviously changed his last name and removed his title to retire in peace.  It should be close to what his name was before he retired, Channelstrike.  We will need to search for him.”  The druid spoke to some others, in pairs, and told them various names of civilizations to go to.  After he spoke to them, the elves he paired left.
Finally, the druid faced your direction.  “Loras Nerad,” the druid said.  “You and Asob Ringedtrade will visit the Regal Gloves.  They are over the mountains, to the east.  Rather than risk taking the pass, which will add months to your journey, you should go through the mountains.  There is a cut into the mountains southeast of Gulfsoapy that will provide the shortest route through the mountains.  If you find him, guide him north to negotiate a peace to end this war.  Good luck, and may Fela watch over your path.”  The druid then left, you and Asob being the last two at the pond.
Asob was excited at the prospect of what was ahead.  “Let’s meet back here in one hour (12 turns after you finish speaking to her) and head out,” she said.

The recruit let out a groan, as he awoke.  Then he saw you.  He climbed out of the bed, his armor already equipped due to crashing onto the bed when he came in.  He stood at attention and said, “Icop Garishclean reporting, sir.”

You study the rock.  You scratch the rock in the same direction the adamantine would be embedded, and it comes off easily in flakes.  However when you try to do the same to the perpendicular direction, despite being only a few millimeters thick, along with having no adamantine, it requires the use of your dwarven steel chisel to even make a barely visible dent.  You utilize acid in the same way, and again, it easily removes the rock on the adamantine-embedded plane, but in the perpendicular direction, it doesn’t even leave a mark.

Will you: continue studying the rock, study how the adamantine threads form a wafer, study the properties of the unused threads, or study the properties of the processed adamantine vs. the properties of the unprocessed adamantine?

As if you could not tell, I have decided to make each turn be roughly five minutes.  I think that would be a decent amount of time to keep conversations moving at a reasonable rate, along with making travel/research/construction/etc time from taking far too long.  What's your opinion?

Also, if you want to know something that your character would already know, just ask.  I'll answer your questions outside of the turn.
