The map is uploaded.  Just for everyone's information, the distance between starting locations, the nation javierpwn starts in is within the farthest north-west mountains, isolated, with the nearest ocean being evil-aligned, and Xantalos and GreatWyrmGold are starting in the south-easternmost mountains, with many nearby along with a good-aligned ocean.
