Suddenly I have to use the facilities and I tell the nurse that (and she gives me a pan) [phew; I thought I'd wet myself -- would they catheterize me for that?]

Then I feel sad and try to look for my mess to take.  I try to go to sleep, but the table bothers me so I flip it away.

I look at the table and it makes me depressed; why do I bother?

I try to upright the table but my cuffs get caught.  One of the monitors falls out and starts beeping. 

Maybe I can get into a better position by standing on the ceiling.

The nurse comes in "I've never, ever seen anybody get in that position before."

She takes a picture (or two) of me, shows me off to what feels like the whole hospital staff and texts the photos to all her friends while she waits for the orderlies to get there. 

She tells me to go to sleep, so I try -- but I keep thinking how stupid it was trying to get on the ceiling.  Why would I try to go onto the ceiling -- of course -- to go to sleep.

I try to get on the ceiling from my bed -- it doesn't seem to be working, so I raise my hand and the monitor falls off again.
