So, it's Christmas. A time for giving, and finding what artifacts, socks, !!SOCKS!!, +socks+ and plump helmets were left under the tree for you!

What did you get?

I've had some money, and some deodorant. Nothing else, because I didn't even know what I wanted for Christmas.

Decomissioned PPSh. My brother and I pitched in for our mother though to get her a day at a racing track driving sports cars. We spend a lot of money at christmas.

I GOT GIFT CARDS FOR GAS. This is the best thing I could have possibly hoped for.

I was hoping for that, but looks like I'm gonna have to get it with the post-christmas monies that build up.
Although I'm not complaining at all. Got a new case for the old beast with lights an' all, an increase of four cores on the processor, upgraded many years on the motherboard and am generally SO pleased.

On a more positive note, tomato-flavored fruit drink, salted peanuts and a good laugh with my roommates. The closest thing people around here got for Christmas to Christmas around this place is still a few weeks away.

Cosmos, the entire series. A chess set, along with a bag, chess software (Houdini II I think), and a book by Kasparov. $45 worth of gift cards, clothes, a book on guns, a hook knife, a leather bracelet, and to top it all off, a brand new JVC radio I installed in my car with help from my dad. We did that on Sunday.
