Assemble materials. Build spacecraft.

{5-1 (Strength)} You assemble some wood by cutting down trees with sharp tentacles but your insomnia prevents you from gathering enough. {5} Through sheer ingenuity, you overcome the material shortage and build a wooden spacecraft with a propeller powered by a wooden furnace for in-atmospheric flight! Due to lack of metals, the spacecraft is held together by wooden plugs and your bodily fluids. The lack of materials fit for space flight makes the spacecraft unfit for space. It might fly though as long as the materials can hold the spacecraft together.
