Later on, the shrink that tested you comes to the door. "So i heard they forgot your pills.." "Pills? what pills?" "These ones. Here, take them." He hands you a cup of water and some pills. You reluctantly swallow them, and start pummeling your stomach. "Whoa, there, settle down!" He says, backing away from the door. He walks away, conveniently forgetting the cup.

(He did rip Mercer's arms off, then punched his face GoW3 style[God of war] then consumed Mercer's remains, then he did SUPER ULTRA SPECTACULAR Devastator which killed off all infection in NYZ)

( I didn't like how Mercer got from Anti-Hero to full-blown villian.
I mean, Mercer was a better "human" after the events of the first game. But the second game? Suddenly villian.Pfff)
