Dungeons are inside cities, you can get to them by entering the Keep in the city.

Lairs have ramps that bring you to the underground where the monster dwells, while Camps are... Camps.

I got a question now, I have a quest to kill someone in a dungeon and I have went to where the compass specified, it says that I'm in the dungeon but I don't see anything but grass and land, where is the dungeon?

ive encountered something like that once, I could never find the dungeon, possibly because of bugs

also wolf/bogeyman attacks aren't the only ambushes there are at night
theres also dingo attacks at night, giant dingo attacks, giant desert scorpion attacks, provided the right location, sea creature attacks when you're on the beach, which are hilarious

I was talking about Adventure Mode, but I'm going to try Masterwork anyways.

Masterwork also make adventurer better.
You can make stuff, although you'll need to be strict enough to resist the urge to randomly spawn wood every time.

Or you could create and throw infinite logs.  Dwarven caber-tosser, yeah!
