On a happier note, while I was working at B&Q (basically British home depot) I had an italian-looking gentleman come through who was buying plumbing supplies. He had a big black moustache, and he was wearing a red checkered shirt and blue denim dungarees. I didn't get his name, but the guy who was with him paid, and his name was Luigi.

I think I served the Super Mario brothers.
