Humble Indie Bundle 7
« on: December 19, 2012, 02:44:52 pm »

That was quick!

So, there's another humbundle, and this time it's the "7th", i.e about fourteenth or something.

Contents of the bundle(* marks beat-average bonii)

*Dungeon Defenders(with DLC, all of them)
*Legend of Grimrock
Snapshot
Binding of Isaac(with Wrath of the Lamb)
Closure
Shank 2(Mac version in development)
Indie Game: The Movie(as the title says, is movie)

Soundtracks for DD, Grimrock, Snapshot, Closure, IG:TM and Shank 2.

Average is $5.84 as of my writing this post.

And did I mention that each game comes with its own steam key? Because they do.

Getting this for dungeon defenders + DLC, if it actually includes all the DLC to date that is a rediculous amount of saving for something I was thinking of picking up when the steam winter sale starts.

Also very happy that all the games have seperate keys. Hope they continue in this fashion in future bundles.

Yeah, I already have DD myself and I was sorely tempted to get it just for that. The other games look interesting, so I'm sure I'll be having some fun over the holidays.

Oh, nice. Indie Game: The Movie is pretty good, and there will probably be more stuff added. Goodbye, money.

This seems like a good bundle but it's not for me.

DD is oriented for coöp, but I'm a solo player nowadays.

I already have Grimrock and Isaac (though not the Isaac DLC).

Snapshot and Closure are platformers-with-a-gimmick and I already have several of those I haven't played through.

And I don't care about Shank2 at all.

Anyone tried DD solo?  I read on RPS that it's doable, but the reviewer also says it's not really the way to play.  Agree?  Disagree?

I think you just channeled me to post that.  I have the exact same feelings about this one!

I'm waiting on a bonus game to tip the tide.  If I didn't have Grimrock it'd be a winner, but dungeon defenders has no interest to me, I have Issac and the dlc is not interesting, Shank one I played a total of 14 minutes, and the others are platformers that are unappealing to me as I do not love platformers.

Of course if the toss on something more interesting I might hit it.

If not under Neotemplar look for Vellum.

Binding of Isaac alone is worth it if you don't have it.

I already have Binding of Issac, so my bundle key for it is up for grabs to the first non-Escaped Lunatic to go all "gimmegimmegimme!"

Pay what you want for the soundtrack of Indie Game: The Movie? That's a pretty good deal

I don't like this bundle. Not my type, to be honest...I don't care about any of the games save Isaac, and I have that already. So, yeah, pass. I don't really like having games I'll never play clogging up my steam list...
