I tried to examine it. I think my eyes are too basic to do much.

As I (hopefully) enter into this game, it is only a matter of time before we are performing cultural assimilation to rival colonies.
"Hear all ye non-believers! Those who convert to the Overmind will be spared on the Day of Judgement!"

We could attempt to develop an evolution that would function similarly to Starcraft Creep Tumors. If we had these, we could spread the influence of the Overmind, and give nutritional and combat bonuses to our Beans.

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

Nope, it isn't. Try hard reloading (press the refresh button and keep it pressed for 5 seconds or so).

Guys, guys. Look at the bottom of the most recent picture.
Are these marshmellow monsters?

Huh. I always thought hard reload was Ctrl+F5.

Did anybody notice that stacking stuff on top of each other gives new forms?

Presumably that's what spooked the birds around yellow. Alternatively, they are ascending to feed.

Also, at first I thought the marshmallows were a hydra-type thing, but now I'm thinking they're ghost-like critters or something.

You mean the doublefruit and such that apparently shows up when we dump a corpse of the previous thing in? Or you think it's possible to stack a bean on a fruit somehow?

I'm more interested in the fact that costs have changed. Presumably the more/more powerful forms we have, the cheaper things are.

I'm also curious if there's a triplefruit or similar, though. We'd need either a doublebean corpse (more likely) or more bean corpses (less likely) to check, though.

No, I mean that we got the sandwich by putting fruit onto the skunk and dumping both into the goop. It may be that skunk and the fruit gave us two separate forms, but the overmind's last 'speech' makes me doubt this.

Hm. The sandwich looks like what I'd expect out of the rat-thing, but you're right that the Overmind does seem to be talking about it. Not convinced he's telling us what it does, though.

I guess plopping in some fruit and leaves at the same time might tell us more. Or, more ideally, a corpse and some fruit, but I don't think we want to try getting past the birds just yet.

EDIT: It's also possible he's trying to tell us to goop the leaves (living or not) alongside something to get more energy out of it.

Something tells me that the drop-shaped symbol is actually a representation of our pool and not of leaves.

I see that symbol mean fire or blood as well. With the - sign there maybe we need a vampire.

Pretty sure over mind was just saying how we have to drop dead things into our pool for resources... I thought the sandwich is called a sandwich because it will sandwich it's enemies

Or because it resembles a sandwich.
Still worth testing, though.

It makes a sandwich out of its foes... the enemy is the meat and the bread is teeth.
